Training Participants Will:
- Explore the concept of
creativity
- Learn how accessing creativity influences and facilitates the
therapeutic process
- Become familiar with a variety of expressive art
methods
- Experience how working with art increases focus and
concentration
- Learn how working with art projects can influence mood,
increase self awareness and decrease stress
- Learn how to effectively use expressive art methods in
their practice or treatment program
About the Facilitator
Catherine Page Snow is an
artist, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Certified in Expressive
Art Therapy. She works with adults, children and adolescents, individuals, couples, families and groups in
her private practice in
Fort Worth, Texas.
