Self-Discovery through Expressive Art

Art is the window to the soul. Expressive art enlivens spirituality and creativity, tapping inner resources, furthering exploration, self-discovery and awareness. I am a retired psychotherapist, play therapist and expressive artist which, needless to say, have had a tremendous influence on my approach to art. 

Now, as a professional artist and creativity facilitator, my purpose is to demonstrate that art is about the process of self-expression, not the production of a "masterpiece". It is about releasing the passion of my soul and allowing it to flow outward to resonate with the souls of others.
